We’re looking for a Sales Representative or Sales Manager who’s ready to help homeowners, property managers and businesses discover a smarter, faster, and more affordable alternative to remodeling.
New Finish LLC — Michigan’s trusted leader in cabinet refacing, bathtub, tile, countertop refinishing, and epoxy floor coatings — is expanding our team! We’re looking for a Sales Representative or Sales Manager who’s ready to help homeowners, property managers and businesses discover a smarter, faster, and more affordable alternative to remodeling.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to inbound leads and follow up with homeowners, property managers, business owners and contractors.
- Conduct in-home, phone and showroom consultations to evaluate project needs and present professional quotes.
- Visit and call upon commercial properties like hotels, apartment complexes and property managers to educate them on the benefits of refinishing vs replacement.
- Follow up with clients.
- Educate customers on refinishing vs. replacement — showing how New Finish saves time, money, and hassle.
- Build strong relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
- Manage your sales pipeline
- Educate Sales Team and Coach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales, sales management or customer service experience is required (home improvement industry preferred).
- Leadership Experience
- Experienced in home residential sales.
- Experience with creating sales processes and sales systems.
- Confident communicator with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a drive to meet and exceed goals.
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
